AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI chat assistant, Marco, that helps you describe the services you are looking for. When you use it:

• The messages you type are sent to a small service we operate (hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards them to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic processes this data as our service provider under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models.
• If you choose to send an enquiry, the details you provide (such as your name, email address, business and project information) are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so that we can respond to you.
• Your conversation is kept only in your browser for the current session so you can continue it between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab, or when you choose "Start again".
• If the AI assistant is unavailable, a guided form runs in your browser instead and only sends the details you choose to submit.
• To protect the assistant from automated abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that messages come from a real browser. It processes limited technical information about your device and connection and rarely shows a challenge.

Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat, such as health, financial account or government identification details. We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to understand what services people are looking for.

Our iOS Games

Our games for iPhone and iPad, LOWFUEL and Marble Mayhem, do not collect, store or share any personal data. Specifically:

• Scores, settings, progress and purchase status are stored on your device in the app's own storage and never leave it.
• Neither game contains third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and neither makes network requests of its own.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and never see your payment details.
• Game Center in LOWFUEL is optional. If you choose to sign in, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The game never sees your Apple ID or your friends list.

Because the games collect nothing, the sections of this policy about information we collect, cookies and analytics apply to our website and services, not to the games themselves.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
